Can I reach you after hours?
Yes, Everyone has Amy’s cell phone for after hours issues or tenants can also call the 24/7 maintenance
line with any issues they have. Amy also checks her email regularly including weekends.
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, We deposit all owner funds by the 10th of each month.
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
You are not required to sign the lease unless you want to. We can provide you with a copy of the lease once executed.
Do you sell real estate too?
We do! We are happy to help our owners and tenants with any real estate need they have.
How and when do I get my checks?
If you prefer to be paid via check rather than direct deposit, those are mailed by the 10th of each month.
How is rent collection handled?
Rent is due on the 1st and is late after the 5th (unless the 5th falls on a weekend, then tenants can pay on Monday without penalty). Rents are collected via checks, money orders or through our tenant portal.
How long of a lease do you sign?
We do a minimum of 1 year unless our owner instructs us differently.
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Our security deposit starts at amount of one month of rent.
How soon can you start managing my property?
Immediately… once the property management agreement is signed, we will hit the ground running.
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage all types of properties, Single family homes, apartments, duplexes, condos, town homes,
commercial and more. We would love to discuss any opportunity to help manage your property.
What type of reports do I get and how often?
Each time money is deposited into your account you will receive an owner’s report and copy of any invoices incurred during that time.
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
We hold the tenant security deposits in our Trust account.
